    • By Phone: To pay by phone with a credit/debit card, call 800-657-3611. You will need either your ticket/citation number or your file number to access your fine.
    • By Mail: To pay by mail, send your check (made payable to the Minnesota Court Payment Center) and a copy of your ticket/citation to:

  • Citation For No Proof of Insurance: If you have received a citation for no proof of insurance and the vehicle you were driving was insured on the date and time of the offense, a copy of the insurance coverage card for the vehicle/a letter from the insurance agent/or a copy of the insurance policy may be faxed to the Court Payment Center at 320-231-6507 on or before the fine due date. If you are charged with another payable violation along with no proof of insurance, you may mail your payment for that violation along with your proof of insurance to the Minnesota Court Payment Center.
  • Parking Tickets: Payments for parking tickets issued by the Brainerd Police Department are receipted at the Brainerd Police Department, 225 East River Road, Brainerd, Minnesota 56401. Payments can be made in person or by mail; however, if payment of the fine is not received at our office within 10 calendar days of the date the ticket was issued, the fine will double. Unfortunately the Brainerd Police Department is unable to accept credit or debit card payments at this time.
