  • Rezone property from an R-1A (Single Family Residential) District to an I-1 (Light Industrial) District
  •      Purpose is to better serve the operation of the Brainerd Wastewater Treatment Plant

Conditional Use Permit Application, 702 S. 5th St. - Submitted by Ms. Laine Larson, Superintendent ISD#181 on Behalf of Brainerd Public Schools

To construct an addition to Brainerd High School including, but not limited to:
  
  •   Addition to the school building
  •     Remodel existing building
  •     Construction of new parking
  •     New pool    
  •     Auxiliary gym
  •     Performing arts center
