The City of Brainerd has a Rental Housing Maintenance Code that requires all rental housing to be licensed. The provisions of the Code address minimum standards and requirements for the premises, structures, equipment, and facilities for the health and safety of the occupants and addresses responsibility for owners, operators, and occupants and the administration of the program.
