Purpose
With the adoption of the Rental Housing Maintenance Code, a Board of Appeals has been created as an advisory board to the Council when considering revocation, suspension, and non-renewal of rental licenses.

The Board is comprised of five members
Qualifications to Serve
- Two members shall be real estate agents or brokers, residential rental property manager, or residential rental property owners
- Two members shall be tenants or residential rental housing advocates
- One member shall be appointed from the general public
