First, you can purchase tickets online with a credit card or echeck. You must purchase a minimum of two tickets and there is a small service fee ($0.36 per $10 ticket). Tickets will then be mailed out the next business day. Go to the City's Web Store, click on Transit and select Transit Dial-A-Ride Ticket. From there enter your name, mailing address, email (if available), and contact phone number and select Add to Cart. Then you'll change the quantity in your cart to a minimum of two and checkout. You will be asked to log in or create a new account if you don't already have one. You'll have the option to save your credit card information for future use.
Second, you can purchase tickets via email. You must purchase a minimum of four tickets and you will be invoiced, due and payable within 30 days. Send you email to firstname.lastname@example.org include your name, mailing address, number of tickets, and contact phone number.
